Harmony's objectives. Since receiving his doctorate from The University of Chicago in 1967, Dr. Warren has become one of America's best-known experts on mate selection.

Harmony, Forgatch is the co-founder and concept leader. He is responsible for setting the agenda, business goals, branding and development of
Harmony. His focus is providing a range of services that positively impact the lives of people looking for that elusive fulfilling relationship. Prior to founding
Harmony, Forgatch spent five years as President of Neil Clark Warren and Associates, a company that created resources to further the development of healthy relationships while franchising Neil Clark Warren. Forgatch's leadership was a noted in his selection as a 2003 finalist in the Los Angeles Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
Marylyn M. Warren - Senior Vice President.
Warren came to
Harmony in June 2000 after serving as Vice President for Financial Development at The Huntington Library for the prior eleven years. During her tenure $153,000,000 was raised for the institution and she directed the capital campaign for a new Botanical Complex. She has spent the past 20 years working in the fields of public relations, fund raising and special events at Cal Tech, the Russ Reid Company, The Music Center of Los Angeles and The Huntington Library. Warren's responsibilities at
Harmony include overseeing the strategic reach of
Harmony to all parts of the larger community with a special emphasis on media relations. As onsite director of the
Harmony launch in Texas, she focused on developing relationships with key centers of influence for
Harmony. In addition, she shares responsibility for corporate planning as a member of
Harmony's executive committee.
Dr. Steve Carter - Director of Product Development.
Dr. Carter brings a wealth of experience in both Market Research and Market Development to
Harmony. As Director of Product Development, Dr. Carter is instrumental to the continued improvement and growth of the services at
Harmony. In addition to helping drive
Harmony to where the company is today, Dr. Carter's mission is to continually monitor user experience and feedback, critique strengths and weaknesses at
Harmony, and make sure that
Harmony continues to offer the most complete relationship-oriented service on the web. Dr. Carter holds a Ph.D. in psychology from USC and is a specialist in the field of statistical behavior modeling and market research.
